Overview

Bloomberg operates an Approved Publication Arrangement (APA), providing functionality that allows clients to publish quotes for pre-trade transparency, and trades for post-trade transparency. The following asset classes are supported:

  • Bonds
  • Derivatives (IR/Credit/FX/Commodity/Equity)
  • Structured Finance

The APA publishes the reporting record provided by the client through the interface, as instructed by the client.

Pre and Post-Trade Reporting for MiFID II

The APA publishes real time post-trade data to the public via machine readable FIX feed. The data is also available via Bloomberg Market Data Feed (B-PIPE), and throughout Bloomberg Professional Services.
